CONDITIONS

Prices are per person per day in a double room with 3/4 Gourmet booking (breakfast, snack and dinner);
Prices do not include the city tax of 1.50 Euro per day per person for a maximum of 10 nights. Children under the age of 14 are excluded from payment of the same;
Our “Fairy of the Dolomites” SPA is included in the price;
Check-in time: from 3.00 pm to 10 pm on the day of arrival; kindly vacate by 10.00 am on the day of departure;
Dinner time: from 7.30 pm to 8.30 pm
Payment Methods: Cash (for amounts up to € 2.000,00);
No price reductions for unused meals, late arrivals or early departures, unless otherwise agreed.

SUPPLEMENTS

Supplementary dinner for € 20.00 per person per day (for bed and breakfast booking);
Reduction for a third adult bed -15%;
Cradle rental on request;
Dog supplement from €5,00 to €10,00 per day.

REDUCTIONS FOR CHILDREN

Up to 2 years free (only 1 child, from second 70% discount);
From 3 to 4 years 70% discount;
From 5 to 10 years 50% discount;
From 11 to 14 years 30% discount;
Third adult additional bed -15%.

RESERVATION CONFIRMATION

The deposit can be paid in cash or with a Visa, Mastercard or Bancomat;
We do not accept other payments method, like checks and American Express.
For alternative payments method, we kindly ask you to inform us well in advance.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation, the deposit will be converted into a voucher that can be used within 18 months (Policy not valid for the period 14.08.2021-28.08.2021 where, at the end of 30 days from the date of arrival, the entire deposit will be retained.)In case of non-use of the voucher, € 25.00 will be withheld for administrative costs (except in the case of proven Covid).
